Membership & Gift Certificate Q&A:
Can my membership be refunded? No, memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. As a non-profit organization, your membership directly supported our mission and operations. We appreciate your understanding.
Will portions of memberships, not used due to the pandemic, be refunded? Weren’t memberships supposed to be extended? Memberships are nonrefundable as stated in our membership policy. If you purchased your membership in March 2020 or later, during the time that the Museum closed due to COVID-19, we acknowledge your hardship and will refund your payment. Please submit your request here no later than April 30, 2021.
What happens to non-activated gift memberships? We are asking members and visitors to consider non-activated gift memberships a donation. However, by law, you are entitled to a refund. Please request a refund here no later than April 30, 2021.
What if I have a gift card or gift certificate?
Any unused portion of a gift card or gift certificate may be eligible for a refund to the original purchaser. Please submit your request for a gift card / certificate refund here no later than May 31, 2021.
