What if a wheel wasn’t always round? What if aqueducts didn’t always hold water? How might you be able to see in the dark? How might you say hello to someone far away? Practice using your inventor’s mindset in the Maker Studio this month, wondering about the earliest inventions and imagining how they might change. We’ll be observing motion with real motors, exploring our senses with water and sand, and building with big pieces of wood. Our biggest challenge with be to draw blueprint sketches of all our ideas. Where could two materials connect, and how could we help them stick together? Leave your sketches behind to show off your careful thoughtfulness and inspire other inventors throughout the month!
