A trip to Portland Children's Museum will help spark interests that grow and evolve for months to come. Our Museum Play Field Trip allows your group of ten or more children to play for two hours. Visiting during snack time? Add a private lunch room to your reservation for a small fee.

To request your group visit at the Museum, please download and sign this FORM. Submit your completed request form and email to scheduler@portlandcm.org or fax it to 503.223.6600. Head Start and Title I schools are eligible to be a Community Partner School. Becoming a Community Partner School qualifies your school for discounted group admission rates on field trips.

*Minimum of one adult (18+ years old) per every five children. Additional adults pay group rate. Lunch rooms are for 33 people and add 30 mintues to your field trip.

Cancellation and Schedule Change Policy:

  • Payment is fully refundable if canceled 14 days before the scheduled field trip.
  • Field trips canceled between 14 days and 24 hours before the scheduled party will incur a minimum $50 cancelation fee.
  • Chaperones that do not call 24 hours prior to the field trip to cancel, or do not show up for their field trip, will forfeit their full payment.
  • One schedule change is allowed after to the original booking. All subsequent changes will result in a $20 administrative fee per each change.
