WELCOME TO PORTLAND CHILDREN’S MUSEUM

Zany Maze is Open!

Enjoy the fresh air with us in our new outdoor exhibit, Zany Maze, where children run and play in an engaging and safe outdoor environment.

Zany Maze features a labyrinth of hedges tall enough for children to feel hidden (but short enough for adults to see them), peek-a-boo windows, surprise passages and kooky topiaries. Icons from nature are hidden within for open-ended scavenger hunts, and there is a gentle grass hill with a telescope dock, benches and picnic tables.

Zany Maze is free and ADA accessible, making it a space that everyone in the community can enjoy. Come see what all the fun is about!

Recently, Garden Time's host William McClenathan paid a visit to Zany Maze. CLICK HERE to see what William had to say about our new outdoor exhibit! Video courtesy of Garden Time.
